How paying for Ulvom works, from the order desk to your bank statement.

What you buy. Credits. You spend them on generations, each priced in credits before you submit it. You can order a ready-made pack — a print run, with bonus credits on the larger ones — or type a custom amount. Pack sizes, prices and the custom range are shown on the order desk in your cabinet and on the pricing section of our home page.

One-off payments only. Every purchase is a single charge for exactly the amount shown at checkout. There are no recurring plans or charges, no automatic top-ups, no trial periods that turn into a bill. Nothing is ever charged without you pressing the button.

Accepted methods. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Currency. Prices are shown in the currency you choose on the order desk, and the total at checkout is the amount charged in that currency. Your bank may apply its own exchange fee if your card is in another currency.

Secure checkout. Card payments are taken on a secure hosted payment page operated by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details go straight to the processor and never pass through or rest on our servers. At your first card payment we ask for a billing address, which appears on your invoice.

When credits arrive. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within seconds, and you receive a confirmation email. If a payment is still pending, the order desk says so and your balance updates once it clears.

Invoices. Every purchase has an invoice, available from the payment history in your profile.

On your statement. The charge appears under the Ulvom name. The seller's registered company details are shown at checkout and at the foot of every page.

Promo codes. When a promotion is running, a promo code field appears on the order desk; a valid code adjusts the total before you pay.

Problems with a payment. If a charge looks wrong or credits did not arrive, write to [email protected] before contacting your bank — we answer within one business day.
