Refunds Policy
p.04 / 08Updated 2026-10-14
Credits on Ulvom are prepaid and they never expire, so there is no hurry to spend them. When something goes wrong, here is how money and credits come back.
Failed panels refund themselves. If a generation fails — the model provider errors, times out or returns nothing — the credits it reserved go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask, and it shows in your press log as a refund line.
Unused credits, within 14 days. Purchased credits you have not spent can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the purchase. Write to [email protected] from the email on your account and say which purchase you mean (date and amount are enough). If part of a pack has been spent, we refund the unspent purchased part.
What cannot be refunded. Credits already spent on generations that completed — even if the panel is not what you hoped for, the model did the work and the provider was paid for it. Bonus credits (the extra "overs" on larger packs) and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
A result you are unhappy with. AI models interpret prompts; they do not follow them like a contract. A completed panel that does not match your idea is not a failed generation. Write to us anyway — we are glad to suggest a better-suited model, panel shape or prompt structure for the shot.
How long refunds take. Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not refund to a different card or in cash.
Mistakes on our side. If you were charged twice, or a pack you paid for never reached your balance, tell us and we will correct it or refund it in full, whatever the date.
Closing your account. If you close your account within 14 days of a purchase, unused purchased credits from that purchase are refunded under the same rules. After that window, credits stay on your balance for as long as the account is open.
All refund requests: [email protected].
