These terms are the agreement between you and the company that runs Ulvom at ulvom.com, whose registered details are printed at the foot of every page. By opening an account or buying credits you accept them. If something here reads unclear, ask us before you ink anything: [email protected].

What the studio does. Ulvom is an AI studio for illustrators and storytellers. You describe a panel — a character, a page, a storyboard beat, a moving shot — and we send that request to a third-party AI model you choose, then return the still image or short clip it produces. We do not draw by hand and we do not own the models; we run the studio around them.

Your account. You need an account with a working email address and a password only you know. One person per account. You are responsible for what is generated under it, so keep the password to yourself and tell us quickly if you think someone else is using it.

Credits and prices. Generations are paid with prepaid credits bought as one-off packs or as a custom amount. The cost of every panel is shown before you submit it, and that is the amount deducted. Rates per model can change over time; a change never touches a generation already submitted. Credits do not expire, are not money, cannot be transferred to another account and are not exchangeable for cash except through a refund under the Refunds Policy. There is no recurring plan and nothing renews.

Failed panels. If a generation fails on the provider's side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

What you make, and what belongs to others. As between you and us, the images and clips you generate are yours to use, including commercially, to the extent the model providers' terms allow. That covers your own characters and worlds. It does not give you rights in characters, series, logos or artwork that belong to someone else — fan work, pastiche of a living artist's signature style for sale, or a famous character in your merch is your responsibility, not ours. Do not use Ulvom to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or likeness. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rest.

The service as it is. We work hard to keep the studio running, but models are run by outside providers and can be slow, changed or unavailable. The service is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime; see the Service Level Agreement.

Ending things. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Unused purchased credits remain refundable within the window in the Refunds Policy.
