This page explains what Ulvom — the company named at the foot of every page — keeps about you, why, and how to get it removed. The short version: we keep what the studio needs to work, and nothing else.
What we keep. Your email address and the name on your account; your credit balance and the history of purchases, spends and refunds; the prompts you write, the reference images you upload and the images and clips you generate; and a billing address if you pay by card (collected once, at your first card payment, for the invoice and the payment processor). Our servers also keep short technical logs — time of request, IP address, errors — to keep the service secure and to fix faults.
Why we keep it. To run your account, generate what you ask for, keep your library of panels, take payments and issue invoices, answer your messages and meet our legal and accounting duties. We send you service email (welcome, payment confirmations, password resets). We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it. Your prompt and any reference image go to the one model provider you picked for that generation — that is how the panel gets drawn. Card payments are handled by our payment processor on its own secure page; we never see or store your full card number. Hosting and email delivery are handled by service providers working for us under contract. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your art is not training material. We do not use your prompts, uploads or generations to train AI models, and we do not hand them to anyone for that purpose.
Cookies. One session cookie keeps you signed in. That is the only cookie Ulvom sets; the Cookies Policy has the detail.
How long. Account data is kept while your account is open. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to [email protected] from the email on your account; we confirm and act within one month, usually much sooner. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
