Service Level Agreement
p.07 / 08Updated 2026-10-14
What you can expect from Ulvom as a service, stated plainly — including the parts we cannot promise.
Availability. We keep the studio available around the clock and put commercially reasonable effort into keeping it that way: monitoring, quick fixes, and planned work kept short. We do not publish a fixed uptime percentage, because the drawing itself is done by third-party AI models, and their availability is not in our hands. When a provider is down, slow or changed, the models that depend on it are affected here too, and the studio may show them as unavailable.
Generation times. Stills usually arrive in seconds; moving panels can take from under a minute to several minutes, depending on the model, the length and the provider's queue. These are typical times, not guarantees. Your page keeps checking for the result, and a finished generation always lands in your library.
When a generation fails. Its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for a panel that was not delivered.
Planned maintenance. When we need to take the studio offline for maintenance, we keep it brief, schedule it for quiet hours, and avoid it entirely where possible. Generations in progress are protected or refunded.
Your work. Everything you generate is kept in your library for as long as your account is open. Download anything you want to keep long-term.
Support. The studio desk at [email protected] answers within one business day. Faults that block your work — payments not credited, the cabinet not loading, every model failing — are handled first.
Remedies. This agreement does not offer service credits or compensation beyond the automatic refund of failed generations. If the studio is unavailable for a long period, unused purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy, and you can ask us to close your account at any time.
Changes. If we change what this page promises, the date at the top changes too, and anything that reduces it applies only from that date.
